I've appreciated their flexibility in customizing products, but unfortunately, attention to detail has been lacking on a few occasions. Despite ordering two large quantities of new products, errors have occurred both times. The first instance involved a mistake in the mirrors, leading to a necessary redo that resulted in two extra months of no sales for our popular product. The second product, a vanity table, arrived with missing drilled holes and misaligned ones, making assembly difficult. While they promptly offered solutions, such issues shouldn't arise in the first place. If they improved their quality control, they would be a solid 10/10. However, given the inconsistency, I'm hesitant to continue orders, with my business growing we cannot afford constant product issues, it doesn’t reflect brand well. When they get it right, they excel, with attentive listening to feedback and good packaging. But until consistency improves, my confidence in placing further orders remains uncertain.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. I bought 150 full length mirrors and around 30pcs completely shattered and they don't take any responsibility for their bad quality mirror . their packaging sucks and it's not anti collision. The mirror quality is so poor that glue everywhere on the mirror. I lost too much. Please learn from my experience and don't buy anything from them. better to pay some extra bucks and buy a better quality mirror than lossing your money.
